Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of equipment and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements used.
The elite racial Shield Razortail For instance, it is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced by an identical item, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable option to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.
The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests, or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.
Players can roll their equipment in three attributes that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by melee and weapons, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To create them, you'll need a higher level token to reroll. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces the reroll marker stays on the spot until the next successful result is repeated. This allows you to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Stage, and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they're opened, they display a full description and icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.
During an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. They can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's level, and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. The system is an excellent choice for those who wish to get an edge in battle but don't want burden their wallets. Furthermore, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. However, there are numerous ways to acquire them, including completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will gain an upgraded level. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded base stats will display an icon of blue in their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.
An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of the item will be increased by an amount of. The maximum level of an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. In the same way, once an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. item upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an additional effect or bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs, which can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the kind of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them additional effects or an increase in item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the item's statistics.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" For example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage to weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players if they can get a perfect roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor) the tier of the item as well as the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
If you've fulfilled the conditions for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
